QA/QC Engineer Junior

Job Description
As part of the growth of our activities within the pharmaceutical industry, we are looking for a Junior QA/QC Engineer to support quality teams across various projects. You will contribute to maintaining and continuously improving the Quality Management System while ensuring compliance with GMP requirements and applicable regulatory standards. Responsibilities
• Participate in quality documentation management (procedures, work instructions, reports, and records)
• Support the handling of deviations, CAPAs, and change controls
• Assist in monitoring quality control activities
• Contribute to quality investigations and root cause analyses
• Review production and laboratory documentation to ensure compliance
• Support internal and external audits
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality Management System
• Ensure GMP/GxP requirements are applied and maintained on the shop floor Requirements
• Master's degree in Pharmacy, Industrial Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field
• First experience through internships, apprenticeships, or academic projects in a pharmaceutical environment is an asset
• Good knowledge of GMP/GxP requirements
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities
• Team-oriented with good communication skills
• Fluent in Dutch with a good command of English
• Knowledge of French is considered an advantage Nice to Have
• Understanding of pharmaceutical quality systems
• Interest in highly regulated environments
• Motivation to develop a career in QA/QC and take on increasing responsibilities over time
