This is a full-time, on-site role based at our office.
Responsibilities
• Support product managers in defining requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Assist in conducting user research, gathering feedback, and synthesising insights to inform product decisions
• Track and maintain product roadmaps, backlogs, and documentation to keep teams aligned
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings, facilitate sprint ceremonies, and manage follow-ups
• Monitor product metrics and prepare clear reports and dashboards for stakeholders
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities and trends
• Act as a communication bridge between technical and business teams Requirements
• 2–5 years of experience in a product, project, or operations role within a tech or product-driven environment
• Solid understanding of product development lifecycle and agile methodologies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills — you can distill complex ideas clearly
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple workstreams
• Comfortable working with data, using tools like Excel, Notion, Jira, or similar
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to roll up your sleeves in a dynamic environment
• Basic working knowledge of AI tools and technologies — including large language models, AI assistants, and productivity tools powered by AI (e.g. ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) — and an awareness of how they can be applied in a product context
• Experience with user research or customer-facing roles is a plus Benefits
• Full-time position with stable, long-term career prospects
• Competitive salary and benefits package
• A clear growth path with mentorship and learning opportunities
• A collaborative, inclusive team culture where your ideas are heard
• The chance to make a real impact on products used by thousands of customers
