• Freelance or temporary employment (with a strong possibility of extension based on future project opportunities) 🎯 Your Impact The MEP Site Foreman supervises the daily mechanical and electrical installation activities on a large-scale construction site in Brussels. The role ensures that all works follow the approved 2D drawings, safety regulations and project quality standards in a fast-paced renovation environment. You oversee the daily "boots on the ground" operations. You manage subcontractors and direct labor so that the 20-month MEP installation window is delivered with zero defects and high safety standards. 🛠️
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise daily MEP (Mechanical & Electrical) installation activities on site
• Ensure works are executed in accordance with the 2D execution drawings, reading and verifying plans on site
• Enforce VCA safety standards and promote safe working practices
• Coordinate material deliveries, storage and site logistics
• Conduct regular quality inspections and manage snagging/defect resolution
• Report daily progress and site issues to project management
• Support coordination between subcontractors and disciplines 🔍 What We’re Looking for
• Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP site supervision
• Strong ability to read and interpret 2D technical drawings
• Experience in construction site environments, including renovation/retrofit projects
• Multi-discipline coordination experience (MEP interface)
