• Proactively source IT professionals (both permanent employees and freelancers) through LinkedIn, job boards, your professional network, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen and assess candidates based on their technical skills, professional experience, and motivation.
• Build and maintain a high-quality talent pool while developing long-term relationships with candidates.
• Collaborate closely with our sales and operations teams to identify the right talent for our clients and partners.
• Guide candidates throughout the entire recruitment process, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
• Stay up to date with IT recruitment trends and actively contribute to developing new sourcing and recruitment strategies. Who are we looking for?
• You have at least 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within IT consultancy.
• You have a solid understanding of IT profiles and can distinguish between infrastructure, development, cloud, data, and cybersecurity roles.
• You are a skilled sourcer who knows how to identify and engage even the most hard-to-find IT professionals.
• You work independently, in a structured and results-oriented manner.
• You have excellent communication skills and a natural commercial mindset.
• You are entrepreneurial, proactive, and enjoy taking ownership and initiative.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is a strong asset. What can you expect from us?
