Job introduction
You have designed and built RPA solutions in UiPath and Copilot Studio, and you know from experience which automations hold up in production and which ones don’t. You can tell which processes are worth automating, build the business case and turn it into an offer a client signs. In this role, you co-own our RPA proposition and take it to market.
Who are we?
Our team builds, modernizes and automates the applications our clients run their business on. We develop custom applications on UiPath, SAP Build, Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio, integrated with the systems our clients already use. We move legacy applications to the cloud, rearchitect them or consolidate them. We automate processes with RPA, AI agents and workflow tools, and help clients set up a Center of Excellence to run automation at scale.
What will you be doing?
You take ownership of our RPA and intelligent automation offering. Together with the team, you decide where to focus in the market, and you stay close enough to delivery projects to keep your technical skills current.
• Refresh our RPA proposition and position it clearly alongside AI agents, workflow automation and Centers of Excellence
• Build the offering and the pipeline, and run pre-sales: first client conversations, proposals and pricing
• Advise business and IT leaders across Belgium and beyond on their automation strategy, roadmap and operating model
• Act as solution architect and design authority on UiPath and Copilot Studio projects, and build complex or critical parts yourself
• Coach and grow a team of RPA developers, working closely with the wider automation practice and partners such as UiPath and Microsoft
• Keep an eye on where RPA and AI-driven automation are heading, and turn that into new services, articles and talks. Is there a match?
• 6+ years of experience in automation, with a solid hands-on track record in RPA development and architecture
• In-depth experience with UiPath and Copilot Studio; knowledge of Power Automate or SAP Build is a plus
• Excellent English, spoken and written. Dutch or French is a strong plus.
• Proven experience in pre-sales, business development or shaping a service offering, and comfortable pricing a deal and defending its business case
• Experience advising senior business and IT stakeholders and leading or coaching a team.
