Content & Growth Marketeer Ghent, Belgium
- Full-time About Jurimesh Jurimesh handles the entire diligence process. It gathers the right documents, runs multiple agents across the data room to flag potential issues, and builds the legal due diligence report. Backed by authored legal expertise, cited to source. We started in 2023 in Ghent with two engineers and a lot of conversations with M&A lawyers. Today 50+ law firms, PE funds and advisors across BeNeLux, the Nordics and the UK run their deals on Jurimesh, and we're opening up the US. The category is being decided right now. Deal teams are picking the tool they'll use for the next decade, and too many of them have not heard of us yet. That is the problem we're hiring you to fix. The Role Right now, marketing at Jurimesh is one of our founders. The blog, the reports, the events, the LinkedIn, the site copy: all of it gets made in the gaps between running the company. It works well enough to prove there's demand. It's nowhere near what it should be, because nobody is doing it full time. You’ll own content and events, and through both of those, inbound. There's no playbook waiting for you and no content calendar to execute. There is a brand, a tone of voice and a few things that clearly work, which you're free to keep, sharpen or throw out once you can argue why. You'll decide what our marketing looks like from here, with the founders and the commercial team as your sparring partners rather than your approvers.
Two goals, and we'll measure you on them:
• More qualified inbound. Demo requests from the firms we actually want.
• Awareness. When an M&A partner or a PE principal thinks about AI in due diligence, they should think of us. How you get there is largely up to you.

What you'll do
Own the content engine. Blog, reports, customer stories, LinkedIn, newsletters, video. You'll interview M&A partners, sit in on customer calls, and turn what you hear into content that a partner at a corporate firm would actually forward to a colleague. Run our events. Roundtables, dinners, conference presence, webinars, our own series. From picking the format and the guest list to the follow-up that turns a nice evening into a pipeline. In legal, the room still matters. Build the inbound machine. Website, SEO, landing pages, campaigns, nurture flows in HubSpot. You keep an eye on what converts and kill what doesn't. Find the angles nobody else is using. Legal tech marketing is a sea of the same whitepaper. We would rather do the thing that makes people stop scrolling. If your idea is weird but defensible, we'll back it. Work shoulder to shoulder with sales. The commercial team lives in the pipeline every day. What you build should make their job easier, and what they hear should shape what you build. What you bring
• 2 to 4 years in marketing, ideally B2B and ideally somewhere you had to figure things out yourself.
• Strong writer in English. Dutch is a big plus, given our home market.
• Range over specialisation. You've written the post, built the page, and stood at the booth. You'd rather do ten things well enough to learn than one thing perfectly.
• Genuinely eager to learn. You'll be marketing to M&A lawyers and PE investors, and you will need to understand their world properly. Curiosity about a legal DD workflow is not optional here.
• Ideas that don't sound like everyone else's.
• Comfort with AI tools as part of how you work, not as a topic you write about.
• You want a startup, with everything that comes with it. Ownership, speed, ambiguity, and the occasional week where the plan changes on Wednesday. What's in it for you
• Real ownership. First marketing hire, direct line to the founders, your fingerprints on how the company is perceived.
• Great compensation. Competitive salary with equity options.
• Health insurance for you and your family, and a flexible mobility budget.
• An office worth coming to, close to the centre of Ghent. How we work We're in the office. Not because we like policies, but because the best work and the best moments happen side by side. It's not a 9-to-5 culture. We work hard, we hold each other to a high bar, and we pay well for it. Our values are simple: act like an owner, obsess over the customer, deliver WOW, get it done, raise the bar. Interested? Send your CV and a short note to careers@jurimesh.com. Bonus points if you include one thing you'd change about our marketing today.
