Belgium | Hybrid Employment type: Permanent or Freelance We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – CRM & Power Platform to lead software implementation projects and support clients throughout their digital transformation journeys. This is an excellent opportunity for a project management professional with a strong background in CRM implementations, software delivery, and stakeholder management, ideally within a consulting environment. Your Responsibilities
• Lead CRM and software implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within the agreed scope, budget, and timeline.
• Understand client requirements, build strong relationships, and translate business needs into structured project plans.
• Coordinate project teams, allocate resources effectively, and manage project schedules across internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing expectations and maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage change requests, identify potential risks, and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track.
• Monitor project progress, deliverables, team performance, and overall project profitability.
• Ensure effective collaboration between clients, consultants, and other stakeholders.
Your Profile
• At least 5 years of experience in CRM implementations and software project management, preferably within a consulting environment.
• Previous experience working with a CRM platform such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or a comparable solution.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Power Platform is a strong advantage.
• Good understanding of project budgeting, resource allocation, and project governance.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is an advantage.
• Project management certifications are considered a plus.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, commercially minded, and highly organised.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional fluency in Dutch and English. What’s on Offer?
