About the Role
We are seeking a motivated intern with video design and editing experience to tell the story of our flagship youth program, One Earth NextGen Innovators bootcamp. You will work alongside a provided videographer, guiding creative direction and shot selection during the trip, and editing the footage into compelling content for our social media and promotional channels afterward. We value creativity and proactiveness, and welcome interns who bring their own ideas to the table.

Key Responsibilities
Plan the creative direction and shot list for the NextGen Innovators bootcamp trip, working alongside the provided videographer to capture key moments. Edit trip footage into promotional videos and social media content that showcase the program's impact and participant journeys. Contribute to broader social media and digital marketing activities, including content creation and campaign support. Assist with ad-hoc digital marketing and communications projects as needed.

Qualifications:
Current undergraduate or postgraduate student enrolled in a full-time accredited program, ideally with experience or coursework in video production, film, media, communications, marketing, or a related field. Hands-on experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar). A good eye for storytelling, pacing, and visual composition, with the ability to translate raw footage into polished, share-worthy content. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently under tight turnaround times. Creative and proactive, with a willingness to bring fresh ideas and take initiative. Excellent command of written and spoken English. Why Join Us? Be the storyteller of young innovators and global sustainability leaders through compelling video content. Build your portfolio with real, polished video content. Networking opportunities with an extensive network of international partners and stakeholders across the sustainability and innovation ecosystem. Fully funded travel with the team and be immersed in a high-energy, international bootcamp environment. Internship Details: This is an unpaid, part-time internship lasting two months, requiring a commitment of 2-3 days per week, with travel fully funded during the bootcamp week. Flexible scheduling to accommodate academic commitments, subject to mutual agreement.
