Product Lead

Our client is seeking a strategic product leader to own and evolve a foundational product line that supports internal teams and external stakeholders with scalable, trusted platform capabilities. This opportunity sits at the heart of the energy transition, where strong product leadership will help shape solutions that improve flexibility, support market evolution, and enable the timely connection of new production and consumption assets. Please note: this role starts the first of Januar, 2027. Responsibilities In this role, you will define the direction of the product line and ensure it delivers measurable value for the organization, its customers, and broader societal needs. You will work closely with product teams, leadership, and key stakeholders to align priorities, remove blockers, and maintain a clear focus on outcomes.
• Own the vision and strategy for the product line and keep it aligned with the wider product and organizational strategy.
• Translate strategic priorities into concrete product bets and actionable roadmaps.
• Lead key product ceremonies, including roadmap reviews, insights sessions, weekly check-ins, and stakeholder touchpoints.
• Promote continuous discovery and delivery by encouraging customer interaction, experimentation, and rapid learning.
• Act as the main escalation point for product decisions and represent the product line to senior leadership.
• Maintain strong alignment with operational teams to capture feedback from real-world usage and continuously improve solutions.
• Work closely with account management counterparts to incorporate client insights into product priorities and design choices.
• Collaborate with other product leaders to manage cross-product dependencies and maintain portfolio coherence.
• Coach and develop product managers and product owners across strategy, discovery, delivery, marketing, analytics, and leadership.
• Define responsibilities, growth plans, KPIs, and governance practices across the full product lifecycle.
• Lead stakeholder engagement with clients, partners, and regulators to support solution development and alignment on priorities. Profile The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong product execution and stakeholder leadership. You are comfortable making decisions based on evidence, navigating complex environments, and helping teams perform at their best.
• At least 5 years of product management experience, ideally in a senior or lead capacity.
• Proven ability to own a product line or segment end to end, preferably in an energy, utility, or regulated infrastructure environment.
• Strong track record in defining product vision and converting it into a customer-focused, insight-driven strategy.
• Experience managing a product portfolio and making prioritization decisions based on value, impact, and feasibility.
• Comfortable working with OKRs, KPIs, and data-driven decision-making. Technical Skills
• Solid experience with agile product operating models.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams across product, engineering, design, and data.
• Knowledge of energy market structures, grid operations, or flexibility services.
• Experience with market design in regulated product environments. Ideal Candidate
