🌏 Lingping Hong Kong — Community ManagerJoin us in building a global language exchange community At Lingping, we bring people from around the world together to explore languages, cultures, and different perspectives. We're looking for a Community Manager in Hong Kong to help us grow our local community, connect people from different backgrounds, and create meaningful conversations. This is an opportunity to build a community from the ground up, take ownership of its growth, and work in an international, multilingual environment. 🌏 What is Lingping?Lingping is a language and culture exchange community for curious minds who want to explore the world through languages, cultures, and perspectives. We host small-group meetups where locals and international friends come together to share stories, exchange ideas, and have meaningful conversations. We're a community, not a language school — no teachers, just people learning from one another. 🎯

What You'll Do
1. Build and manage the local community
• Organize one regular Lingping meetup every week
• Facilitate our 2-hour Cantonese/English language exchange sessions using Lingping's discussion format.
• Encourage active members to become hosts and contribute their own ideas. 2. Grow the community
• Bring in new members every month
• Promote Lingping through social media, local events, relevant communities, and direct outreach.
• Build a balanced community of local and international members. 3. Build relationships and engagement
• Welcome newcomers and help them feel part of the community.
• Get to know members, understand their interests, and encourage them to return.
• Create an environment where people feel comfortable sharing stories, exchanging ideas, and learning from one another. ✨ What You'll Gain
