Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management from concept, structuring, approval, launch, and optimization Design and roll out asset management and secondary market products (funds, structured products, equities, fixed income, derivatives, etc.) Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including investment, legal, compliance, operations, and technology teams Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and client needs assessment Prepare product documentation, investment memos, and internal approval materials Ensure compliance with Hong Kong regulatory requirements and relevant jurisdictions Monitor product performance and recommend enhancements Lead the structuring and rollout of Web3 and digital asset–centric investment products across the full product suite Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business, or related disciplines 5–10 years of relevant experience in product management within traditional financial institutions Solid experience in asset management and/or secondary market product structuring and rollout Strong understanding of financial products including funds, structured products, equities, fixed income, and derivatives Solid understanding of Hong Kong regulatory framework and product approval processes, with exposure to other regulatory regimes (such as Singapore) considered a strong advantage Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation abilities Preferred Qualifications Experience with digital assets, tokenization, or Web3-related investment products Exposure to crypto funds, blockchain ecosystems, or digital asset trading platforms Prior experience working in fast-paced or high-growth environments Apply Now Careers & Services Product Manager/Specialist Hong Kong HashKey Capital
