Project Manager – SAP SuccessFactors Global Migration We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the migration from our existing SAP SuccessFactors platform to the Global SuccessFactors environment. The successful candidate will work closely with HR, IT, and global stakeholders across EMEA and APAC to deliver a seamless transition. Strong SAP SuccessFactors project experience and fluency in both English and Japanese are essential. Experience managing global HR technology transformation programs is highly preferred. Mandatory Skills
• Proven experience leading HRIS / HR technology implementation or migration projects.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central and related HR modules.
• Strong project management skills covering planning, governance, risk management, testing, and deployment.
• Experience working with global and regional stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management and change management capabilities. Language Requirements
• Fluent in English and Japanese (spoken and written).
• Able to facilitate meetings, workshops, training sessions, and business discussions in both languages.
• Experience working with Japanese business stakeholders and understanding Japanese business culture is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the migration from the current SAP SuccessFactors platform to the Global SuccessFactors environment managed by the EMEA team.
• Act as the primary point of contact between local HR teams, IT, EMEA HR Systems, and implementation partners.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate data migration, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Drive business process alignment with global HR standards while ensuring local compliance requirements are met.
• Lead communications, training, and change management activities.
• Support post-go-live stabilization and adoption.
• Willing to travel
