At Bellerose, we are looking for a CRM & Growth Marketing Specialist to temporarily reinforce our Marketing team. In this role, you will drive CRM initiatives, support customer retention strategies, and contribute to the growth of our customer base through data-driven marketing actions. Your responsibilities
• Manage and optimize email campaigns, automations and customer journeys.
• Analyze CRM performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop audience segmentation and customer retention initiatives.
• Support CRM-related A/B testing and performance optimization.
• Contribute to the rollout and development of our loyalty program.
• Collaborate closely with the Paid Media, Content, E-commerce and Product Marketing teams. Who you are
• You have experience in CRM, customer marketing or growth marketing.
• You enjoy working with data and translating insights into actions.
• You are organized, proactive and detail-oriented.
• You are comfortable working across teams and managing multiple projects.
• An interest in fashion, retail or e-commerce is a plus.
