About the Role
The Mission Coordinator for Ascential Care is responsible for the efficient assignment, scheduling, and dispatch of Field Service Engineers (FSEs) to customer sites across the region. This role owns the field capacity plan, ensures FSEs are deployed to the right missions at the right time based on urgency, skills, and cost efficiency, and serves as the primary communication link between customers, FSEs, and the In-House team throughout the life of a field mission. The Mission Coordinator plays a critical operational role in ensuring that Ascential Care's contractual service commitments are met — minimizing customer downtime through disciplined scheduling, proactive parts and tooling readiness, and clear mission coordination. This position requires strong organizational skills, sound commercial judgement, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities in a fast-paced service environment.
Your profile
• Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent scheduling demands in a time-sensitive environment.
• Experience in operational coordination, field service scheduling, logistics, or workforce deployment.
• Proficiency with CRM, ERP, or field service management platforms; Salesforce Service Cloud experience preferred.
• Clear and professional communication skills — written and verbal — in English; additional European language(s) a significant advantage.
• Solid commercial awareness: ability to distinguish billable, warranty, and goodwill activities and apply correct process for each.
• Ability to remain composed and make sound prioritization decisions under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams).
