Head of S&OP

The Opportunity As Head of S&OP, you will play a critical role in shaping and leading an integrated Sales & Operations Planning process across B&C and Falk&Ross. Reporting to the Group Procurement Director, you will ensure alignment between commercial ambitions, supply capabilities, inventory strategy and financial objectives. Your mission will be to transform S&OP into a key business decision-making process that drives customer service, product availability and overall business performance. You will also lead two Purchasing Managers and drive planning excellence across the Group.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the S&OP Process
• Establish and continuously improve the Group S&OP process.
• Drive alignment between Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics and Finance.
• Translate commercial plans into realistic supply and inventory strategies.
• Facilitate executive decision-making through clear insights, KPIs and planning scenarios. Optimize Inventory Performance
• Define and implement inventory strategies balancing service levels and working capital.
• Improve stock availability while reducing excess and obsolete inventory.
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvements across the distribution network. Drive Planning Transformation
• Lead the implementation and development of SLIM4 across the Group.
• Ensure planning systems support accurate forecasting, replenishment and inventory optimization.
• Promote data quality, planning discipline and adoption of best practices. About You
• 10+ years of experience in S&OP, Supply Chain Planning, Inventory Management, Procurement or related leadership roles.
• Proven track record in establishing and leading cross-functional S&OP processes.
• Strong expertise in demand planning, inventory optimization and working capital management.
• Experience with planning solutions such as SLIM4, SAP IBP, Anaplan or similar.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on, data-driven mindset.
• Fluent in English. Nice to Have
• Experience in wholesale, distribution, retail, textiles, apparel or FMCG.
• APICS / ASCM certification.
• Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or a related field.
