Job Type
Hybrid 50% Onsite + 50% Teleworking in Belgium. Roles &
Requirements:
• Language: At least a professional knowledge in French, Dutch and English
•
Education:
Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience
•
Experience:
At least 3 years of relevant experience in as a scrum master in a transformation context.
• Experience with coaching and implementing on agile values and mindset.
• Experience with process improvements in complex corporate environments.
• Experience in marketing & communications environments.
• Experience in agile transformations in non-IT environments.
• Responsible for driving change and agility throughout your cluster and the different squads
• Facilitate the agile ceremonies on cluster & squad level
• Steering the continuous improvement cycle in our cluster towards the most impactful improvements in collaboration with the product owner, the squad and other meaningful stakeholders
• Foster an agile culture and elaborate team dynamics
• Experience in support the team in resolving blockers and streamlining processes, while fostering a growing maturity, ownership and autonomy in the squad.
• Coaching and facilitating on doing and being agile
• Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Workfront
• Experience with Wrike or other agile backlog tooling
• Organisational talent with a strong analytical, critical, conceptual and results oriented mind
• Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to convince and motivate people in a difficult transformation context
• Able to Facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration across the team, and with other stakeholders.
