Design and develop intuitive, accessible and visually consistent user interfaces, translating business and user requirements into effective UX/UI solutions. The project involves user journey analysis, wireframing, prototyping and design system management, as well as usability testing, accessibility validation and continuous improvement. Close collaboration with development and UX teams, leveraging user feedback, analytics and AI-assisted tools to optimise the user experience. đ Requirements University degree equivalent to EQF Level 7 (Masterâs degree or five years of higher education) and at least 5 years of IT professional experience; alternatively, EQF Level 6 (Bachelorâs degree or three years of higher education) and at least 7 years of IT professional experience. Spoken and written English at C2 level or higher. At least 5 years of proven experience in:
âą UX and Interaction Design.
âą Creating and maintaining design systems.
âą Accessibility under WCAG 2.2 and/or WCAG 2.3.
âą Using the NVDA screen reader or equivalent. HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks such as Angular, React or Vue.js. Java and the Spring Boot ecosystem are desirable due to the technical environment. Wireframing and prototyping tools, especially Figma; also Balsamiq, InVision, UxPin, Framer or equivalent. Responsive design, web ergonomics, typography, colour, visual design, accessibility and cross-browser compatibility. Git or equivalent version control. â
