Key Responsibilities
• Process purchase requests and convert them into concrete orders.
• Maintain a close line of communication with suppliers for project planning.
• Act as a point of contact for colleagues with inquiries about the ordering process.
• Listen, collaborate, and provide clear answers or practical solutions to colleagues.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, enhance efficiency, or improve customer-friendliness in processes.
• Initiate improvements and bring structure to workflows.
• Document procedures clearly and assist colleagues in understanding and applying changes.
• Contribute to sustainable and quality service delivery within the client’s organization.
Requirements:
• Experience with SAP.
• Strong attention to detail and collaborative spirit.
• Ability to think critically and provide practical solutions.
