Role Description The Presales Engineer is a full-time, supporting the sales process for SABELCO’s solutions. This position involves working closely with SABELCO MT, DEV & Tech -team and existing SABELCO’s partners to understand technical requirements, prepare solution designs, configure systems, and create proposals that align with client needs. The Presales Engineer conducts product demonstrations, supports proof-of-concept installations, and provides technical guidance during customer meetings and trade events. Daily responsibilities include responding to technical inquiries, advising on integration with existing infrastructure, coordinating with vendors on complex solutions, and ensuring that proposed systems meet performance, and quality standards. The role requires active collaboration with internal teams and professional installers to deliver reliable, scalable security solutions and maintain SABELCO’s reputation for expert support.
