• Facilitate and lead improvement activities to embed a continuous improvement culture within the Business.
• Directs and facilitates ongoing lean continuous improvement process through techniques, e.g., Kaizen, 5S, etc.
• Carry out and facilitate business improvement activities across the company to achieve company strategic objectives, KPI targets and operational excellence.
• Coordinate with Project Leaders to conduct process workshops, identify wastage, analyse issues/ pain points and identify improvement opportunities.
• Monitor improvement activities and provide coaching and guidance to business units and drive units to achieve the set standard.
• Provide coaching and training on business improvement disciplines. Requirements
• Degree in Industrial Engineering or related disciplines
• Knowledge in lean sigma or problem solving is an advantage
• Sound analytical, problem solving and communication skills
• Proactive, action-oriented and approachable team-player
• Knowledge in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint Perks
