At Ideal Systems, we design and build mobile applications on top of the world's leading Customer Experience platforms, including Genesys Cloud, Amazon Connect, NiCE CXone and Salesforce Voice. Our solutions allow some of the world's largest organizations to extend the full power of those platforms far beyond the traditional contact center, bringing seamless communication and customer engagement directly into the hands of their mobile workforce. Today we serve more than 25,000 users across 42 countries, handling over 5 million interactions per year. We're growing fast: ARR has grown 110%+ year over year for three consecutive years, and platform usage doubles annually. Our ambition is clear: to keep growing as the leading partner for mobile applications on top of CCaaS platforms. The role Our product is strong and our customers love it. What we need now is someone to get us out there. As our Marketing Manager, you own how Ideal Systems shows up in the market: with our vendors (Genesys, AWS, NiCE, Salesforce), with our partners, and with our customers. You are the first dedicated marketing hire, which means you get a blank canvas, a clear mandate, and the freedom to run. You won't be writing strategy decks for six months. You'll be shipping. You report directly to management and work closely with Sales and Customer Success.

What you'll do
Build our brand and visibility Own our social presence, LinkedIn first, and post consistently and on-brand Turn what happens inside the company (releases, milestones, marketplace listings, events, people) into a steady stream of content across all channels Make sure we are visible and top of mind with the vendors and partners we build on Tell our customers' stories Create and maintain use cases together with Customer Success and our customers Organize and coordinate customer testimonial videos, together with our production partner Voisify, from first ask to final cut Keep our reference library current and easy for Sales to use Support Sales Produce sales material: one-pagers, decks, product sheets, campaign assets Keep our websites up to date (ideal-systems.com and our product sites) and make them convert Run our email marketing: newsletters, product announcements and campaigns towards customers, partners and prospects, on a regular rhythm and always in our house style Run and optimize our Google Ads campaigns Who you are A self-starter. You come with ideas, and more importantly, you execute them. Speed matters more here than perfection. Comfortable being the marketing team of one, with the support of the people around you Strong in Canva and LinkedIn. You can go from idea to published post in an afternoon. Comfortable working with customers: reaching out, understading their story, getting them on camera You write clean, clear copy in English You keep the brand consistent, in tone and in look, across every channel Hands-on experience with Google Ads and with email marketing tooling, or the drive to master both quickly A few years of marketing experience under your belt, ideally in B2B or SaaS. Experience in a small company or scale-up is a plus.
