You speak fluent customer, engineer and deadline? We should talk 🚹 WE NEED PEOPLE WHO CAN HERD CATS. TECHNICAL CATS: The System Engineer who's deep in a firewall configuration. The customer who needs everything yesterday. The project plan that's already outdated. And three other projects that somehow also need your attention. Sound like your kind of Tuesday? Good. Because we're looking for an IT Project Manager Infrastructure who can bring structure to technical chaos, keep customers happy and make sure projects actually get across the finish line. No two days are the same. No single customer gets all your attention. And no, you won't be managing just one project for the next three years. Intrigued? Here's what you need to know. 🎯 YOUR MISSION: MAKE THINGS HAPPEN *Insert Shia LaBeouf yelling "Just Do It" You'll join our Managed IT Solutions (MIT) team, working at the intersection of customers, technology and people. Your job? Make sure everyone knows what needs to happen, who's doing it and when it needs to be done. Here's what that looks like in practice: ◆ Own your projects from A to Z: Plan, coordinate and follow up on IT infrastructure projects, keeping scope, timelines and resources under control. ◆ Be the human bridge: Connect customers, System Engineers, Sales Engineers and external partners. Translate customer expectations into actionable plans and technical realities into clear communication. ◆ Keep multiple projects moving: We work in a multi-project, multi-customer environment. You'll switch between projects, priorities and stakeholders throughout your day. Variety is guaranteed. ◆ Build lasting customer relationships: You'll manage your own portfolio of long-term customers, understand their environments and look for ways to improve them. Happy customers aren't an accident, but your creation. ◆ Think ahead: Spot potential roadblocks, anticipate risks and find solutions before a small issue becomes a big meeting with twelve people in it. ◆ Support the bigger picture: Join presales meetings with our Sales Engineers to help understand customer needs and shape the right solutions. Depending on your experience, budget management can also become part of your responsibilities. ◆ Get close to the action: Occasionally, you'll support our System Engineers on-site during urgent interventions. You don't need to be the person configuring everything, but you do need to understand what's happening on the ground. In short: you're not just tracking tasks in a spreadsheet. You're making sure people, technology and expectations come together to deliver results. đŸŠžđŸ»â€â™‚ïž YOUR SUPERPOWERS We're not looking for someone who simply loves making Gantt charts look pretty. We need someone who can bring people together and get things done. What you absolutely need: ◆ At least 3 years of experience in project management. (Well duh, this aint the kiddie pool.) ◆ A solid understanding of IT infrastructure and the realities of working with technical teams. ◆ The ability to work confidently with skilled technical profiles, understand their challenges and help them deliver. ◆ Strong organisational

skills:
You can structure complex projects, manage priorities and keep an overview when things get busy. ◆ A proactive mindset: You anticipate, clarify, communicate and take ownership rather than waiting for problems to solve themselves. ◆ Flexibility: Switching between customers, projects and unexpected situations doesn't throw you off course. ◆ A solution-oriented attitude: Whether you understand the technical problem yourself or work it out with colleagues, customers and partners, you focus on moving forward. ◆ A willingness to travel regularly to customer sites: Sometimes, the best way to understand a situation is to be there. ⭐ Bonus points if you also have: ◆ Experience specifically in IT infrastructure project management. ◆ Knowledge of technologies such as Veeam Backup, Dell Storage, Active Directory, VMware, Microsoft Server, LAN/WAN, firewalls, Microsoft 365 or F5 BIG-IP. (Yes, I copy paste this part, because I don't have all this knowledge myself) ◆ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt your communication to different audiences. ◆ Fluency in Dutch, French and English. Being trilingual is a plus (Well, this is Belgium after all...) BUT you don't need to know every technology inside out. You do need enough technical understanding to ask the right questions, challenge assumptions and help the right people find the right solutions. 🎁 SO WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? Because herding technical cats should come with some pretty good perks. A competitive compensation package (I actually wondered if there are any other ways to say this?) ◆ Company car with charging card for unlimited use in Belgium. ◆ Meal vouchers and eco-vouchers. ◆ Group and hospitalisation insurance, with the option to add outpatient and dental coverage. ◆ Mobile subscription. ◆ Seniority days. ◆ A cafeteria plan that lets you personalise benefits and optimise your year-end bonus. A workplace that doesn't feel like work all the time (Yes, this is what they all say, but I can confirm its veracity) ◆ Modern offices designed with wellbeing in mind. ◆ Transparent communication and an open, dynamic management culture. ◆ Fresh fruit, free monthly breakfast and, importantly, excellent coffee. ◆ A gaming room with darts, PlayStation, board games and table football. ◆ Friday afterworks, team buildings, sports activities and company events. Room to grow ◆ Opportunities to develop your career both vertically and horizontally. ◆ A role that evolves with your experience, with opportunities to take on more complex projects and responsibilities. ◆ The possibility to become an Easi shareholder after 3–4 years. (Just like I did, join me) At Easi, you're not expected to stay in the same box forever. We want you to grow into the professional you want to become. 📍 WHERE WILL YOU WORK? You can join us in Leuven, Ghent or Nivelles. You'll combine collaboration with your colleagues and regular visits to customers, giving you a good mix of teamwork, customer interaction and time close to the technical action. đŸ± SO, CAN YOU HERD CATS? (I will say, I really like this expression, because my mind it sounds very cute, until you think of how unpredictable one cat can be. So image a herd) If you're an experienced Project Manager who understands IT infrastructure, enjoys working with people and doesn't panic when five things need attention at once, we should talk. You don't need to have all the answers. You do need to know how to bring the right people together to find them. Ready for your next challenge? Or know someone who would absolutely nail this? đŸ“© Send your CV directly to me via LinkedIn DM. (Yes, this is the one time in my life I will say to slide into my DMs) I'll personally pass it on to our Recruitment team and make sure it reaches the right people.
