� Participate in challenging projects across various industries and business functions, contributing to business analysis, process improvement, and solution design. �
� Engage with clients and key stakeholders to understand business objectives, pain points, expectations, and requirements, and translate them into clear and actionable business needs. �
� Analyze existing business processes, workflows, systems, and operating models to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. �
� Gather, document, and prioritize functional and business requirements, ensuring alignment between business needs, stakeholders, and proposed solutions. �
� Collaborate with business and technical teams to design and implement solutions, support decision-making, and ensure successful delivery and adoption. �
� Develop business analysis deliverables, including process maps, requirements specifications, user stories, use cases, and functional documentation. �
� Contribute to the implementation of tools and solutions that improve operational efficiency, data visibility, reporting, and collaboration across teams and stakeholders. About you : �
� You hold a master’s degree. �
� You are fluent in English and in French or Dutch. �
� You can easily adapt to various companies, industries and environments. �
� You are an active listener and you foster good relations. �
� You demonstrate strong analytical skills. �
� You are a problem-solver and proactive.
