Your role As a Veeva Vault CRM Consultant, you will work closely with customers to understand their commercial processes, translate business needs into effective CRM solutions, and help implement, configure and optimize their Veeva environment. You will combine hands-on Veeva expertise with a strong consulting mindset: engaging directly with customers, asking the right questions, challenging requirements constructively and advising on the most appropriate solution. What you will do
• Lead customer workshops and discovery sessions.
• Translate business needs into practical Veeva CRM solutions and configuration decisions.
• Configure and maintain Veeva Vault CRM and related solutions.
• Support migrations from Veeva CRM on Salesforce to Veeva Vault CRM, including data migration, testing, validation, deployment and go-live.
• Assess existing CRM configurations and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Investigate and resolve functional and technical issues.
• Define functional integration requirements and collaborate with technical teams on connected systems.
• Prepare functional and configuration documentation.
• Support customers through testing, go-live and post-go-live stabilization.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, consultants and implementation partners.
• Share knowledge and contribute to Carealize methodologies and best practices. What we are looking for Typically, you bring around 5 years of relevant Veeva CRM experience. You have:
• Strong hands-on experience with Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault CRM or related Veeva Commercial solutions.
• Experience in CRM implementation, configuration or consulting.
• Experience working directly with business users and customer stakeholders.
• Experience translating business requirements into practical system solutions.
• Ability to independently configure, test and troubleshoot CRM functionality and own a functional workstream.
• Good understanding of Life Sciences commercial processes.
• Experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device or another relevant Life Sciences environment.
• Experience in implementation, rollout, enhancement or migration projects.
• Professional fluency in English and Dutch.
• The legal right to work in Belgium and current residence in Belgium. Nice to have
• Experience with both Veeva CRM on Salesforce and Veeva Vault CRM.
• Experience with Veeva Events Management, Align, Network, PromoMats or other connected commercial systems.
• Salesforce administration or configuration experience.
• CRM data migration experience.
• Understanding of APIs and integration concepts.
• SQL or other data querying experience.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Relevant Veeva and/or Salesforce certifications.
• Professional knowledge of French.
