Our Enablement practice helps organisations and individuals actually use AI in their daily work through practical workshops, end-user training, and official curriculum delivery. We work across the full spectrum — from everyday tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Grok, and Claude, to official Microsoft Official Curriculum (MOC) courses covering AI (Copilot, Azure AI Foundry, etc.), data (Microsoft Fabric), and development (GitHub Copilot). We are expanding our trainer team and are looking for both Affiliated Trainers and Part-time Trainers. Why Join Prime Amigos? • Affiliated Trainers will receive dedicated coaching, mentoring, and structured development support. We will actively invest time and company resources to help you grow into a strong, independent trainer capable of delivering both practical end-user sessions and official curriculum courses.
• Part-time Trainers will deliver sessions with guidance and support, but without the same structured development investment. Both roles offer an attractive hourly rate and the opportunity to deliver high-impact AI training across a wide range of tools and official Microsoft courses. Role Overview Both positions share a similar core scope focused on delivering training and workshops under the guidance of our experienced trainers. Training can be delivered online or face-to-face. Face-to-face sessions will take place in Hong Kong. The main difference is the level of development investment Prime Amigos will put into Affiliated Trainers.

Key Responsibilities
(both roles)
• Deliver end-user training and workshops (online or face-to-face in Hong Kong) on AI tools including (but not limited to) Microsoft 365 Copilot, Grok, Claude, and other practical productivity tools
• Deliver Microsoft Official Curriculum (MOC) courses (online or face-to-face in Hong Kong) in the areas of:
• AI (e.g. Copilot, Azure AI Foundry and related courses)
• Data (Microsoft Fabric)
• Development (GitHub Copilot)
• Prepare and customise training materials under the guidance of senior trainers
• Facilitate workshops, including hands-on demonstrations and participant engagement
• Support the overall delivery of our Enablement programmes
• Provide feedback and help continuously improve training content and delivery What is different Affiliated Trainer

• Structured and ongoing mentoring from senior trainers
• Strong focus on building your capability across both end-user training and official curriculum delivery
• More regular involvement preferred Part-time Trainer
• Standard support only (guidance available when needed)
• Mentoring available as required
• Flexible / ad-hoc delivery focus
• Greater flexibility in commitment What We’re Looking For
• Native Cantonese speaker (required) — able to deliver training fluently and naturally in Cantonese
• Preferably able to deliver training in English as well
• Passion for teaching and helping people adopt practical AI skills
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable delivering training / workshops (prior training or presentation experience is a plus)
• Familiarity or willingness to develop skills in AI tools such as M365 Copilot, Grok, Claude, and related platforms
• Interest or experience in Microsoft Official Curriculum (MOC) delivery for AI, data (Fabric), and development (GitHub Copilot) topics is highly desirable
• Reliable, professional, and able to work under guidance
• No strict technical background required for end-user training — we value the ability to explain clearly and engage learners; technical depth is more important for official curriculum courses
