Responsibilities
• Participate in the implementation of AIGC capabilities for international products and the core capability building of AI voice input method. Conduct market research, follow up on product development and iteration, and collaborate with design, R&D, operation and other teams to drive solution delivery.
• In-depth understand and tap user demands of key target countries for AI products, build differentiated market competitive advantages, explore new growth points, drive product experience upgrade and improve product metrics.
• Closely coordinate and align with teams including advertising, technology and marketing to manage the full lifecycle of product design, development and operation, and take accountability for product objectives.
• Continuously refine and optimize products based on market feedback and product operation data to boost product performance metrics. Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or above. Candidates with study or living experience in Japan or the US are preferred.
• At least 3 years of AI product experience, with overseas consumer-facing product experience. Familiarity with user habits in European, American or Japanese markets is preferred.
• Familiar with AI voice input technologies, capable of efficiently aligning solutions with algorithm teams (preferred).
• Keen insight into cutting-edge AI technologies, familiar with AIGC and large language models. Enjoy tackling challenges, with rigorous logical thinking and strong sensitivity to user experience.
• Strong data literacy and hands-on analytical skills; adept at identifying root causes from data. Have in-depth knowledge of product operation, and be able to flexibly design product solutions based on users and scenarios.
• Strong sense of responsibility and stress tolerance, reliable, and good at cross-team collaboration.
