Then you may be the HR Talent Consultant we are looking for to strengthen our HR Outsourcing team. You contribute to a wide variety of client assignments across different industries, working within or alongside clients’ HR teams. Depending on the assignment, you may drive talent initiatives, act as an HR Business Partner, support HR transformations or coordinate HR projects. This role offers the unique opportunity to combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery while continuously expanding your experience in different HR environments. • You design, implement or improve talent processes such as performance, learning, succession, career development and employee experience;
• You partner with HR and business leaders to translate organisational priorities into pragmatic people actions;
• You lead or coordinate HR projects from scoping and planning through implementation, change adoption and follow-up;
• You bring structure to complex challenges, align stakeholders and keep deliverables, risks and decisions on track;
• You leverage people analytics, digital HR solutions and emerging AI capabilities to generate insights, improve HR processes and strengthen the employee experience. Let's Talk About You We are looking for a versatile and client-focused HR professional who recognizes themselves in the profile below:
• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, psychology, business or a related field, and between 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Talent Management, HR Business Partnering or HR Project Management;
• You have delivered HR initiatives or projects and can move confidently between business-focused discussions and hands-on execution;
• You build trusted relationships, facilitate collaboration and communicate clearly with stakeholders at different levels;
• You are structured, adaptable and comfortable working across different client environments and HR topics;
