Job Description
Amaris Consulting is looking for a Site Supervisor to join our Engineering team in Belgium. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating construction projects, from the preparation phase through to successful execution on site. 🔥 Your responsibilities Prepare and organise construction sites while considering technical constraints, deadlines, budgets and safety requirements. Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors and various stakeholders. Supervise the daily progress of work and ensure the quality of deliverables. Develop and monitor execution schedules to ensure deadlines are met. Ensure compliance with construction standards, safety regulations and applicable legislation. Monitor project costs and budgets and ensure financial targets are respected. Identify potential deviations and implement corrective actions when necessary. Manage contractual aspects related to projects and construction activities. Participate in site meetings and provide regular reporting on project progress. Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and working methods. 🎯
Your profile
You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, such as Site Supervisor, Construction Manager or Site Manager. You have a strong knowledge of the construction industry. You have experience in financial and contractual project management. You have a good understanding of public procurement and public contracts. You are able to independently manage budgets, deadlines and resources. You are proficient with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Outlook. You are comfortable using planning tools such as MS Project. You hold a Master's degree in Construction, Civil Engineering or a related field. You hold a valid driving licence and are mobile within the Walloon region. You are fluent in both French and English. 🚀
