Function
As IT Security Engineer, part of an IT team of around ten people, you implement Lutosa cybersecurity policy accross our two production sites and central offices in Leuze-en-Hainaut and Waregem.
You also ensure that all security audits are managed effectively and efficiently. This responsibility also extends to the various Lutosa satellite sites in worldwide (sales and administrative offices located around the world) integer).
You're responsible for establishing and maintaining a comprehensive enterprise-wide security program. This role involves the design, implementation and supervision of security measures aimed at protect the organization's systems, networks, and data from cyber threats and vulnerabilities.

Your main
Responsibilities:
• Design and maintain security architectures to protect systems and networks.
• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop mitigation plans to address them remedy.
• Oversee security monitoring, incident response, and forensic analyses.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards (GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST, etc.) and and manage, if necessary, certification processes.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of awareness and training in good security practices.
• Assess and manage supplier and partner risks external resources.
• Define security policies, procedures and guidelines and ensure reporting to management.
• Ensure your own safety and that of your colleagues, in accordance with the company's rules and instructions.
• Comply with environmental protection and usage regulations energy resources. Profile
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or a field related.
• At least 8 years of experience in cybersecurity, with experience Risk management, threat intelligence and incident response.
• Solid knowledge of Endpoint Security, Microsoft administration and network security.
• Good knowledge of compliance requirements and certifications in Information security (e.g. CISSP, CISM, CISA).
• Asset : Experience in security architecture and assessment risk in-depth analysis.
• Communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
