Currently, ICBC (Asia) has 52 retail outlets (including 27 “Elite Club” Wealth Management Centres) in Hong Kong. It is engaged in commercial banking, investment banking and other financial services, including those of securities, insurance and funds, with a focus on commercial and retail banking as well as global market business. Chinese Mercantile Bank and ICBC Asset Management (Global) Company Limited, two wholly-owned subsidiaries of ICBC (Asia), specialize in Renminbi services in mainland China and ICBC’s global asset management business respectively. Job Responsibilities Follow up procurement projects,review and prepare for the internal deliberations; Write deliberation reports based on the whole process of the projects and negotiation with vendors; Organize internal meetings, including preparing meeting materials; Cross-check project materials and conduct projects approval process; Cooperate with relevant audit work; Other ad hoc tasks as assigned. Job Requirements ： Bachelor's degree in business, finance, administration or related majors; Experience in procurement, vendor management, or supply chain, experience in financial section is a plus; Excellent communication and influencing capabilities, and strong analytical proficiency; Team player and able to work independently; Proficient in written and spoken Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
