Tech Lead – GenAI for Business Functions

About the Role
NISH Tech BV is looking for a Tech Lead – GenAI for Business Functions to lead the delivery of enterprise GenAI solutions using Gemini and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The role focuses on translating business needs into production-ready AI solutions, starting with an HR chatbot integrated with Workday, while shaping and prioritising B2B efficiency use cases with business stakeholders. You will own technical delivery, architect enterprise integrations with HR and business systems, and apply modern GenAI patterns including prompt engineering, RAG, function/tool calling and agentic workflows. The role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership, stakeholder engagement and mentoring. You will work across business and technology teams to deliver scalable, governed and production-ready GenAI solutions, with a strong focus on enterprise integration, software engineering and responsible data use.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the delivery of GenAI solutions for business functions using Gemini and GCP.
• Own the delivery of business-function AI solutions, starting with an HR chatbot integrated with Workday.
• Shape and prioritise B2B efficiency use cases in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Architect enterprise integrations with Workday and other HR/business systems.
• Ensure appropriate data governance across enterprise AI integrations.
• Develop and deliver enterprise chatbots and AI assistants into production.
• Apply GenAI patterns including prompt engineering, RAG, function/tool calling and agentic workflows.
• Lead technical delivery and act as the technical point of contact for business teams.
• Mentor a developer and support knowledge sharing within the technical team.
• Apply software engineering fundamentals, Git and CI/CD practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Support the implementation of business-process automation initiatives.
• Contribute to enterprise data governance and privacy practices.
• Apply LLM evaluation tooling where appropriate. Required Skills Mandatory Skills
• Hands-on experience with Gemini / Vertex AI or comparable LLM platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience delivering enterprise chatbots / AI assistants to production.
• Strong enterprise integration experience with HRIS / ERP systems via APIs.
• Hands-on knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG, function/tool calling and agentic workflows.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD.
• Ability to lead technical delivery and engage effectively with business stakeholders. Nice-to-Have Skills
• Workday integration experience.
• Business-process automation experience or mindset.
• Data governance and privacy awareness in enterprise environments.
