Team Lead Business Support (m/f/x) Lead the team. Improve the way we work. Shape the future. Your role As Team Lead Business Support, you will lead and develop a team of around 10 colleagues that manages the operational follow-up of customer orders once a deal has been signed (Purchasing and Customer Support). Your team works closely with Sales, Customers, Suppliers, Finance, Service and other Operational teams. You will ensure that the team delivers excellent day-to-day service while continuously looking for ways to work more efficiently, proactively and with a stronger focus on the customer. What you will do Lead and develop the team Lead, coach and develop a team responsible for purchasing and customer support. Organise and steer the team's day-to-day activities. Create a culture of ownership, initiative and accountability. Set clear expectations, follow up on performance and support people in their development. Be a hands-on and approachable leader who understands what is happening in the team and gets involved when needed. Improve the way we work Identify opportunities to simplify, automate and improve processes. Challenge inefficient ways of working and turn ideas into practical improvements. Use data and meaningful KPIs to improve team and business performance. Take ownership of operational issues and focus on solving root causes, not just symptoms. Help the team adapt to new tools, processes and ways of working. Work across the business You will also bring the operational perspective to business discussions, challenge existing ways of working and contribute ideas for new services and future business opportunities. What you bring to the table Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience, including people leadership or team coordination. Experience in operations, customer service, purchasing, supply chain or a similar environment is a plus. Experience with process improvement and/or ERP systems is an advantage. Strong organisational, analytical and communication skills. Strong stakeholder management skills. Fluent in Dutch and French, with a good working knowledge of English.
