During your internship at Equans, you will contribute to real projects, learn from our experienced colleagues, and have the opportunity to grow independently. This way, you will strengthen not only your AI skills but also your sense of teamwork and professional mindset.
Internship
location:
Brussels/Grimbergen (hybrid). Duration: 4 to 6 months | internship, master’s thesis or graduation project. Zoom on the internship:
• identify high-impact AI opportunities within recruitment
• take existing AI initiatives to the next level
• build and test working prototypes
• gather feedback from recruiters and stakeholders and translate it into improvements
• help prepare processes and solutions for implementation
• contribute to the Talent Acquisition department’s AI roadmap
• deliver working AI solutions, tested prototypes, implementation proposals and a practical roadmap for further roll-out Come as you are, ideally with:
• currently enrolled in a master’s degree business engineering, business analytics, artificial intelligence, data science, applied computer science or digital transformation
• an analytical, entrepreneurial and pragmatic mindset
• a hands-on approach, preferring to create and experiment rather than only write about possibilities
• enthusiasm for AI, innovation and practical applications within recruitment
