Founded in 1908, Bank of Communications Co., Ltd. (Stock codes: A shares 601328, H shares 03328) is one of the oldest banks in China as well as one of the note-issuing banks in modern China. Main Responsibilities
Identify, evaluate, and monitor operational risk exposure across credit card processes.
Ensure credit card business operations comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Investigate operational risk incidents, perform root cause analyses, and implement corrective action plans.
Prepare timely risk and compliance reports for Senior Management, internal departments and external regulatory authorities.
Requirements
Degree holder or above in Business Administration or related disciplines or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5.
Minimum of 5 years’ banking experience in operational risk management, internal control, or compliance within banking or credit card industries.
Sound knowledge of credit card operations and regulatory compliance frameworks.
Good analytical skills, attention to details, and able to work independently.
Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Manager, Account Surveillance
The above post requires proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
