About The Role
As an Investment Analyst in Hong Kong, you will support the investment team with research, financial analysis and deal execution. This is a high-learning role for someone early in their career who wants exposure to venture investing across Asia Pacific. You will work on live opportunities, contribute to memos and develop a structured view of markets, products and founding teams. 02 Responsibilities
• Conduct company, sector and competitor research for active deal pipelines
• Build and maintain financial models, unit-economics analyses and diligence trackers
• Prepare slides and supporting materials for partner meetings and investment committee
• Assist with call notes, data rooms and follow-up diligence requests
• Monitor portfolio company updates and prepare internal reporting summaries
• Contribute to thematic research that informs IMan’s investment focus areas 03 Requirements
• 0–2 years of experience in finance, consulting, startups or related analytical roles (internships considered)
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, engineering, computer science or a related field
• Strong Excel / modelling fundamentals and clear written English
• High ownership, attention to detail and willingness to learn quickly
• Interest in early-stage technology and venture capital
• Mandarin proficiency is an advantage 04
