中国浙江平湖；中国上海 Pinghu, Zhejiang, China; Shanghai, China 岗位职责 Position statement： 1. 负责离心式、轴流式等工业压缩机整机方案的设计与优化，涵盖工艺流程、气动性能、结构布局、材料选型等; Responsible for the design and optimization of complete industrial compressor units, including centrifugal and axial-flow compressors, covering process flow, aerodynamic performance, structural layout, and material selection. 2. 根据客户需求(如石油化工、天然气输送、空分等领域)提供定制化技术方案，编制技术标书及可行性报告; Provide customized technical solutions based on customer requirements (e.g., petrochemical, natural gas transmission, air separation), and prepare technical proposals and feasibility reports. 3. 主导与客户的技术沟通，明确性能参数(压力、流量、效率等)及特殊要求(防爆、耐腐蚀、低噪声等); Lead technical communication with customers to define performance parameters (pressure, flow rate, efficiency, etc.) and special requirements (explosion-proof, corrosion-resistant, low-noise, etc.). 4. 协同机械设计、电气控制、工艺生产等部门，确保方案落地可行性; Collaborate with mechanical design, electrical control, and process production teams to ensure the feasibility and implementation of solutions. 5. 运用 CFD、FEA等工具进行流体力学、热力学及转子动力学分析，优化机组性能及可靠性: Apply CFD and FEA tools for fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, and rotor dynamics analysis to optimize unit performance and reliability. 6. 参与样机试验、现场调试及故障诊断，提供技术改进方案; Participate in prototype testing, on-site commissioning, and fault diagnosis, and provide technical improvement recommendations. 7. 跟踪国内外压缩机技术动态，推动新技术(如智能化监测、节能设计)的应用: Keep track of domestic and international compressor technology trends and promote the adoption of new technologies (e.g., intelligent condition monitoring, energy-saving design). 8. 完成上级领导交办的其他事项。 Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders. 职位要求 Job

requirements:
1. 本科及以上学历，机械设计、流体机械、动力工程、过程装备与控制等相关专业等相关专业。 Bachelor's degree or above, majored in Mechanical Design, Fluid Machinery, Power Engineering, Process Equipment and Control, or other related disciplines. 2. 3 年以上离心式、轴流式等工业压缩机行业技术研发或方案设计经验，有新产品开发或石化、天然气、空分等领域项目经验者优先； At least 3 years of technical R&D or solution design experience in the industrial compressor industry (covering centrifugal, axial-flow and other types); experience in new product development or projects in petrochemical, natural gas, air separation and other fields is preferred. 3. 熟悉压缩机产品结构、工作原理、制造工艺及测试标准，能独立完成整机方案设计并解决项目执行中的技术问题。 Familiar with compressor product structure, working principles, manufacturing processes, and testing standards; able to independently complete complete-unit solution design and resolve technical issues during project execution. 4. 掌握压缩机整机方案设计方法，熟悉工艺流程、气动性能匹配、结构布局与材料选型，具备技术标书及可行性报告编制能力； Proficient in compressor complete-unit solution design methodology, including process flow, aerodynamic performance matching, structural layout, and material selection; capable of preparing technical proposals and feasibility reports. 5. 具备扎实的流体力学、热力学及机械设计基础，能熟练运用 CFD、FEA 等工具进行机组性能与可靠性分析； Solid foundation in fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, and mechanical design; experienced in using CFD and FEA tools for unit performance and reliability analysis. 6. 熟练使用CAD、UG三维建模工具，能看懂压缩机装配图、零件图并开展方案校核。 Proficient in CAD, UG 3D modeling tools, able to read compressor assembly drawings and part drawings and conduct solution verification. 7. 具备较强的跨部门协同能力，能有效推动机械设计、电气控制、工艺生产等部门落实方案； Possess strong cross-departmental collaboration capabilities, and can effectively promote the mechanical design, electrical control, process production and other departments to implement the solutions. 薪资福利 Compensation & Benefits： 1. 薪资待遇：可根据经验、能力面议，资深设计师薪资上不封顶），年终绩效奖金、项目奖金。 Compensation: Negotiable based on experience and competence; no salary cap for senior designers.
