About the role
We are looking for a Crypto Deposits & Withdrawals Specialist to process and monitor customer crypto and fiat transactions on our platform. You will make sure deposits are credited and withdrawals are completed accurately, securely and within SLA. This role is a good fit for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working with blockchain transactions and able to stay calm when handling time-sensitive cases. What you will do
• Review and process customer withdrawal requests in line with internal procedures and security controls
• Monitor incoming crypto deposits and ensure they are credited correctly and on time
• Investigate missing, delayed, failed or incorrectly sent transactions using block explorers and internal tools
• Handle cases such as wrong network deposits, missing memos or tags, and unsupported assets
• Verify transaction details, wallet addresses and customer information before approving high-risk withdrawals
• Escalate suspicious activity to the Compliance and Risk teams according to AML procedures
• Work with the Customer Support team to resolve transaction-related tickets
• Perform daily balance checks and reconciliations between wallets, exchange balances and internal records
• Maintain accurate records of processed transactions and update procedures when needed
• Help improve processes and reduce manual work by flagging recurring issues to Product and Engineering What we are looking for
• 1+ year of experience in crypto operations, payment operations, exchange support or a similar role
• Good understanding of blockchain networks (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tron, BNB Chain, Solana, etc.) and how transactions work
• Experience using block explorers (Etherscan, Tronscan, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of KYC/AML requirements and red flags in transaction activity
• High attention to detail and a careful approach to working with financial data
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet SLAs
• Good written and spoken English
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends, if the platform runs 24/7 Nice to have
• Experience with custody or wallet tools such as Fireblocks
• Familiarity with blockchain analytics tools (Chainalysis, Elliptic, Crystal)
• Experience working with fiat payment methods (SEPA, SWIFT, cards)
• Basic Excel or Google Sheets skills for reconciliation
