About the Role
This role sits within the trading product team and may focus on one or more product directions, including equities trading, options, CFD products, margin-related products, quantitative tools or AI-assisted trading experiences. We are looking for someone who can understand complex trading rules, user decision paths and risk scenarios, then turn them into clear product flows across Web and App. What You’ll Do Own product planning and iteration for trading features, including market data, order placement, positions, risk alerts, account assets and trading tools. Design product experiences for specific trading scenarios such as options strategies, CFD trading, margin workflows, strategy bots or AI-assisted decision support. Translate complex business rules into clear PRDs, interaction flows, field logic, calculation rules, exception cases and backend configuration requirements. Use user feedback, trading data and market research to improve conversion, trading efficiency, retention and product competitiveness. Work closely with engineering, design, operations, risk, compliance and customer-facing teams to deliver stable and accurate trading products. Track leading brokerage, trading platform and AI product practices, and turn useful insights into product improvements. What We’re Looking For You have owned financial trading products in production, ideally across equities, options, CFD, margin, brokerage, trading tools or strategy products. You understand trading users: how they evaluate opportunities, manage risk, place orders, monitor positions and react under market uncertainty. You can break down complex rules around leverage, margin, order types, fees, pricing, settlement or risk controls into usable product designs. You have strong product judgment, structured thinking and cross-functional execution ability. You use AI tools effectively for research, product thinking and execution, while understanding data security and compliance boundaries. Bonus Points Experience with AI trading assistants, investment research tools, trading alerts, strategy generation, AI customer support or AI productivity products. Personal experience using trading platforms or investment tools. English working proficiency or experience with global financial products.
