• Assist Institutional Sales and Research Analysts in planning the schedule for non-deal roadshows (NDR)
• Organize NDRs, conferences, private meetings, and analysts' marketing and research trips
• Maintain regular contact with investor relations and senior management of listed companies Requirements
• University graduate in Communication, Finance, Business Studies or other related disciplines
• 1-2 years of events / roadshow / corporate access experience gained from financial PR agencies
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivated
• Fluency in English and Mandarin
• Effectively using AI is preferred
