BD , EMSD, FSD regulations) Coordinate with leasing/tenancy team on fit-out reinstatement and handover matters Manage emergency repairs and provide technical support to property management team Requirements Degree holder in Building Services Engineering, Facilities Management, Property Management, or related disciplines Corporate member of HKIE, CIBSE , HKIS (Building Surveying / General Practice) or equivalent professional bodies preferred Minimum 6 years’ relevant experience in facility management and building maintenance, preferably with landlord/ facilities management side Solid knowledge of E&M systems and building maintenance practices. Familiar with local building ordinances and statutory submission procedures. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese Proficient in MS Office and computer skills Candidate with less experience will be considered as our Business Strategy Manager
