About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Head of Product Compliance to lead our global product compliance function across a diverse portfolio of financial and trading products. This is a strategic, business-facing leadership role at the intersection of Product, Trading, Risk, Legal, and Compliance. The successful candidate will play a critical role in enabling product innovation and business expansion while ensuring regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and develop the global product compliance framework, ensuring regulatory requirements are effectively embedded throughout the product lifecycle, from conceptualisation to launch and ongoing operations.
• Provide strategic compliance advisory for new products, features, and business initiatives across financial trading, brokerage, derivatives, and digital assets.
• Work closely with Product, Trading, Engineering, and Business leaders to understand commercial objectives, identify regulatory challenges, and develop practical, business-enabling compliance solutions.
• Evaluate product structures, trading mechanisms, customer journeys, and business models to identify regulatory risks and recommend appropriate controls and mitigation strategies.
• Support product launches and business expansion across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring alignment with applicable regulatory and licensing requirements.
• Establish and oversee product approval processes, compliance assessments, and post-launch monitoring frameworks, balancing regulatory obligations with business efficiency.
• Lead and develop the Product Compliance function, collaborate with regional Compliance and Legal teams, and provide strategic advice to senior management on product-related regulatory matters. Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline. Relevant professional qualifications are advantageous.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in financial services, FinTech, brokerage, or digital assets, with substantial exposure to product compliance, regulatory advisory, or financial product governance.
• Strong understanding of financial and trading products, including FX, derivatives, leveraged trading, digital assets, and related trading mechanisms.
• Proven experience advising on new product launches, product structures, and business initiatives, with the ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical commercial solutions.
• Solid knowledge of financial services regulatory frameworks across multiple jurisdictions, preferably including APAC, Europe, and the Middle East.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across Product, Trading, Risk, Legal, and Compliance functions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in both English and Chinese to effectively engage regional Chinese-speaking stakeholders. What Makes This Role Exciting
