Hong Kong Air Cargo Terminals Limited (Hactl) is one of the world’s leading air cargo terminals. We operate SuperTerminal 1, a world class facility to provide excellent and highly efficient services to our airline customers and freight forwarding agents. Key Duties Support the management of day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger activities. Prepare monthly and annual financial reports in compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements and Group policies. Prepare annual budgets, forecasts and management reports. Review payment runs, employee expense claims and bank reconciliations. Monitor cashier functions. Coordinate with internal and external auditors and facilitate audit processes. Handle all taxation matters to ensure compliance with tax regulations. Identify inefficiencies in existing finance processes and drive process improvements and automation. Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient financial operations. Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support for strategic projects. Supervise and coach a team of finance professionals, fostering their growth and development. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. HKICPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification. Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting and finance experience, preferably in financial reporting and management accounting. Experience in the aviation industry is an advantage. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards. Proficiency in MS Office and experience in Oracle ERP solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Good commands in written and spoken Chinese and English.
