Learn more at www.altiacompany.com WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Position: Roll-Out Coordinator — Senior, to reinforce the team responsible for the European Commission’s corporate eProcurement, MAPP and SEDIA solutions. The delivery model is far-site, with possible occasional on-site presence requested at least 14 calendar days in advance. Assignment description: planning and coordinating complex roll-outs; managing schedules, milestones and dependencies; validating the readiness of environments, teams and support structures; monitoring issues and risks; delivering training and knowledge transfer; producing documentation, runbooks and status reports; defining adoption and readiness metrics; and supporting hypercare, handover and rollback/contingency procedures. The present job offer is drafted taking into account impartiality and non-discrimination on the grounds of gender, race, ideology, or any other reason. Especially, it takes into account the respect for the current regulations regarding gender equality between women and men. Minimum Requirements Spoken and written English at a minimum C1 level; French is an asset. Mandatory certifications: ITIL Foundation and ISTQB Foundation. Project Management training is an asset. Solid knowledge of deployment and configuration management, IT infrastructure, information systems, Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, Power BI, Excel, change management, MS Teams, SharePoint and LMS tools.
