Namur, Belgium Work Model: Hybrid – Minimum 3 days onsite Start Date: 04 January 2027 End Date: 01 January 2028 Duration: 12 Months | Full-Time Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager / E2E Test & Validation Lead to coordinate and strengthen end-to-end testing across complex, interconnected IT systems within a large public-sector digital transformation environment. The role focuses on E2E testing, interoperability validation, cross-organisational test coordination, quality assurance and production readiness across multiple applications, external service providers and public institutions. The initial focus will be on vehicle-related taxation and digital road vignette services, with potential involvement in other fiscal domains requiring integration with external systems and third-party organisations. The successful candidate will work closely with existing Test Coordinators, Product Owners, Business Analysts, technical teams and external partners to ensure that critical business processes are thoroughly validated before production deployment.

Key Responsibilities
• E2E Test Strategy: Assess existing testing strategies, identify gaps and establish a consolidated approach for cross-application and interoperability testing.
• Test Campaign Coordination: Plan and coordinate E2E testing campaigns involving multiple applications, teams, vendors and external organisations.
• Interoperability Testing: Validate interfaces, data exchanges, back-office processes and end-to-end integration between interconnected systems.
• Test Scenario Design: Develop critical E2E scenarios covering standard workflows, alternative paths, failure conditions, recovery procedures and data reconciliation.
• Test Planning: Define test coverage, environments, test data, dependencies, entry/exit criteria and execution schedules.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Align internal teams, external partners and third-party organisations on testing responsibilities, schedules and deliverables.
• Defect Management: Coordinate cross-system defect analysis, severity assessment, corrective actions and retesting until resolution.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain traceability between business requirements, processes, interfaces, test cases, results, defects and execution evidence.
• Reporting & Governance: Produce consolidated test dashboards, quality indicators, progress reports and risk assessments.
• Go/No-Go Recommendations: Provide evidence-based production readiness assessments, including residual risks and mitigation measures.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve test governance, collaboration, reliability and operational quality. Mandatory Requirements
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Test Management or validation of complex IT systems.
• Expert-level experience in transverse Test Management, including test strategy, planning, coverage, entry/exit criteria and Go/No-Go decisions.
• Proven experience coordinating E2E testing campaigns across multiple applications, teams, suppliers and external organisations.
• Strong expertise in interoperability testing, system integration and data exchange validation.
• Senior-level experience in defect management, severity prioritisation, retesting and corrective action tracking.
• Strong knowledge of test management and defect tracking tools, including Jira, Xray, Confluence or equivalent solutions.
• Experience developing quality KPIs, traceability matrices, consolidated reporting and executive-level production readiness recommendations.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate existing testing teams and external stakeholders without direct hierarchical authority.
• Practical experience with test data preparation, cross-system troubleshooting and back-office process validation.
• French proficiency at C2 level – Mandatory.
• Availability to work at least 60% onsite in Namur, with increased presence during critical testing phases. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in regulated, public-sector or multi-organisational environments.
• Exposure to taxation, financial systems, digital government services or other complex administrative processes.
• Certifications such as ISTQB, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum or other relevant quality and project management qualifications.
• Experience managing integration testing with external institutions, authentic data sources and third-party platforms. Expected Deliverables

• Test campaign reports supported by execution evidence.
