• Part-time
• 20 or more hours a week, you choose when Work on the cutting edge of AI psychology, on your own schedule, and get paid for the expertise you already have. The AI systems everyone is talking about are trained and tested by real psychologists. The teams building them need psychologists who can create realistic psychological scenarios, judge how accurately and ethically the AI responds, write the answer a professional would give, and explain where the AI falls short. Your judgment helps shape the next generation of AI systems built to process and produce language. This is that work, done remotely around your current practice, research or other commitments.

What you'll do
• Check psychological case studies and supporting documents for factual accuracy, ethical issues, and fit with professional standards
• Create psychological scenarios that account for cultural differences, along with training materials in Cantonese and English
• Assess AI-generated material for sound psychological judgment, then point out errors, ethical risks, and missing context
• Interpret psychological assessments and adapt them for use across languages and cultures Why this is worth your time

• PhD in Psychology
• Demonstrated experience in both clinical practice and academic settings, with work such as developing case studies or evaluating psychological assessments
• Fluent in Cantonese and English, with the ability to use complex psychological terminology
• No AI experience needed. You bring the expertise; we bring the training on the tools. Pay and details
• $100–$200 per hour, paid hourly as an independent contractor
• 20 or more hours a week, you choose when; fully remote, Hong Kong
