Technical Consultant and Trainer

We are looking for a Technical Consultant and Trainer, specialized in Cybersecurity, based in Paris, France or Brussels Belgium We are seeking an experienced and passionate Cybersecurity Instructor to deliver high-quality technical training programs to customers, partners, and internal teams. The instructor will be responsible for delivering official curriculum courses, preparing learners for certification exams, and ensuring exceptional learning experience in both virtual and classroom environments. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in Cybersecurity technologies like Palo Alto & F5 with excellent presentation skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities
- Training Delivery
* Conduct instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training (VILT), and hybrid sessions.
* Facilitate labs, hands-on exercises, and real-world scenario discussions.
* Adapt delivery style to different learner profiles (engineers, architects, pre-sales, etc.).
* Prepare students for relevant certification exams.

Key Responsibilities
- Course Preparation & Development
* Prepare training materials and lab environments in advance.
* Contribute to course customization when required by enterprise customers.
* Support development of new training offerings where applicable.

Key Responsibilities
- Customer & Business Support
* Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Cybersecurity technologies.
* Support pre-sales activities when needed (technical validation, training scope alignment).
* Provide post-training follow-up and guidance to learners.
* Maintain high customer satisfaction scores.

Key Responsibilities
- Continuous Professional Development
* Stay current with latest Cybersecurity technologies and certification tracks.
* Maintain active vendor certifications.
* Participate in train-the-trainer programs and internal knowledge sharing. Required Qualifications
* Valid Palo Alto Networks or F5 certifications (e.g., PCNSE preferred).
* Proven hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks or F5 or other Cybersecurity technology networking technologies.
* Prior experience delivering technical training (minimum 2-3 years preferred).
* Strong knowledge in Routing & Switching, Enterprise Networking and Network Security
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Fluent in English & French
* Willingness to travel when required. Preferred Qualifications
* Experience delivering training in multi-country or enterprise environments.
* Familiarity with lab virtualization platforms.
* Experience with learning management systems (LMS).
* Experience in commercial training organizations. Key Competencies
