Function
As an HR Intern, you will support the implementation and development of training programs within the HR department.
Your role will combine administrative, operational, and hands-on responsibilities, helping to modernize our tools, processes, and training materials.
Your Missions
Develop training pathways (certification or qualification programs) based on employees' job profiles.
Organize training sessions on health and safety, quality, technical skills, and other topics.
Maintain and monitor employees' training records.
Provide support for the daily administrative tasks of the HR department.
Develop e-learning training modules for various departments (logistics, quality, health and safety, etc.).
Provide administrative support throughout the recruitment process.
Profile
Degree in Human Resources, Human Sciences, Office Management, or a related field
Technical
skills:
comfortable using IT tools and able to create and edit video content Personal qualities: resourceful, curious, proactive, humble, and confident in your abilities Offer A full-time internship of several months (minimum 3 months) An opportunity to immerse yourself in an innovative and dynamic industrial environment The chance to develop your HR skills and gain hands-on experience Personalized guidance and support to help you grow throughout your internship A friendly and collaborative working environment, where new ideas are encouraged and valued Languages Languages: French. Knowledge of English and Dutch is considered an asset.
