Estate Surveyor

Responsibilities:
• Conduct market research, data analysis, financial modelling, and report preparation for property valuation projects in Hong Kong and the PRC.
• Prepare property valuation reports for financing, accounting, immigration, litigation, and other professional purposes for financial institutions and private clients.
• Work closely with team members and coordinate effectively with clients and other professional parties to address enquiries and project requirements in a timely manner.
• Conduct property inspections and carry out due diligence exercises in support of valuation assignments.
• Perform ad hoc duties and provide operational support as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:
• Degree holder in Surveying, Real Estate, Property Studies, or a related discipline
• Minimum 1
- 2 years of relevant experience in property valuation and general practice surveying
• Member of HKIS and/or RICS (General Practice Division) is preferred.
• Presentable, self-motivated, with strong interpersonal, communication and business development skills. Strong interest in financial modelling, property market research and valuation analysis
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Surveyor
