FinOps Officer

Responsibilities Handle client instructions and inquiries Liaise with front office, brokers and external parties to follow up settlement related issues Familiarity to payment operations Ensure all transactions are in full compliance with internal / external rules and regulations Perform inward / outward remittance including data entry, document filing and record keeping if necessary Escalate any issue to Team Manager’s attention in timely manner Assist in system modification and responsible for UAT Process Fiat and VA in / out transactions for clients and brokers Manage in daily Fiat and VA reconciliation Requirements Degree holder in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field. Over 2-3 years of relevant relevant experience in brokerage firms, banking or financial industry Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills, with strong sense of responsibility. Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua Willing to work on public holidays Handling full set of settlement on Fiat and VA Good knowledge in crypto operation Strong PC skills and proficiency in MS Word and Excel
