• Organize and facilitate meetings and workshops to understand and map business processes.
• Document the process definition in a way that enables analysts to use the deliverables directly for solution implementation.
• Follow up throughout the project to ensure the implemented solution matches the agreed business description.
• Work across teams to gather the information needed to accurately define the process scope and outcomes. Profile The ideal candidate combines strong analytical ability with excellent communication skills and the capacity to translate abstract concepts into practical solutions. You are comfortable working with business stakeholders, listening actively, and connecting process decisions across different areas of the organization.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead discussions and workshops with business stakeholders.
• Ability to conceptualize abstract ideas and convert them into concrete, workable solutions.
• Strong analytical mindset with a critical approach to information and data.
